I believe care is a human right—and a radical practice.
Community care fills the gaps our systems leave behind, emerging through consent, trust, and real relationships. There’s no formula here: care grows from the people who show up and how they choose to support one another.
My role is to convene, guide, and help that care take shape.
Does someone you love need more care than you or systems can offer?
I offer Pay-What-You-Wish consulting to help form small, sustainable pods of care for people navigating challenging life moments.
This work supports groups who want to co-care for someone they share in common—often without already being closely connected. Think beyond meal trains: care pods can offer coordinated, tangible support during times of housing instability, separation or divorce, new diagnoses, incarceration, single parenting, or any season of life that requires more care than one person can access alone.
I can help with that.

Curious about creating collective care for someone in your life? Let’s connect.
For as long as I've known Joshua he's been one of the most empathetic people I know. The words 'deep listener' do not do him justice. He goes deeper and connects with people on a soulful level.
From his first storytelling gatherings almost a decade ago to his most recent endeavour, I've been amazed at his level of 'overstanding' and seeing how people fit together and how their emotional needs connect us to one another in this capitalist, patriarchal society we live in. His deep understanding and guidance encourages us to be better at connecting and helping each other heal.
Joshua has a unique ability to pull together diverse groups of people, and create an intimate space of deep presence, where everyone participating is felt and heard. He pulls people from the daily rush of life into important, relevant and sensitive conversations, encouraging participants to be present and vulnerable. He is highly skilled at holding space for grief, and pivoting a group towards love. I highly recommend Joshua.
